Explorer, adventurer and survival expert Ed Stafford faces a brand new challenge in "Left for Dead". Dropped in to Rhodope mountains, Bulgaria, Ed has up to 10 days to reach a rendezvous point, meet his extraction transport and get out alive. If he doesn't make it he faces even more time in isolation, the humility of calling in team support and the embarrassment of failure. This incredible new series sees Ed battling extreme environments around the world - think subtropical forests, dry deserts and uninhabited mountains. Ed has quite literally been dropped in the wilderness with a camera and no survival kit, and has just 10 days to reach human civilization. With nothing but his wit and will about him, he must rely solely on his survival instincts.

地理的大发现让“探险家”、“淘金者”成为了热词，无数探险家涌现，福斯特、斯文赫定…发现未知的惊奇太让人着迷了，但现在“探险”这个词有时候让人感觉就是一场秀而已，反正我是不太相信现在地球上哪怕还有一片未被人类踏足。探险这个词变得那么plausible，然而对我以及很多德爷的粉丝来说，喜欢德爷的点就是足够plausible。

这季太难了！甚至还有不成功的！德爷牛逼！
没有之前看过的那么精彩，也没贝爷的探险经历那么激动，但看得人心疼，真的是在挑战身体极限了，情绪会明显低落、不稳定-太饿太累，也因此觉得更真实。
从原地求生变成了徒步求生，挨饿德不断挑战自我。
