剧情介绍
一支全副武装的四人特种部队小组奉命赶往出事地点，在自称卫生署官员的欧文医生（Jonathan Mellor 饰）的带领下，他们进入因感染而被封锁的公寓。行动开始不久，成员之一马托斯（Alejandro Casaseca 饰）即遭到攻击和感染。队长帕洛（Juli Fàbregas 饰）深感蹊跷，从欧文口中，他终于知道事件的真相。另一方面，三个少年出于好奇也钻进了公寓，他们经历了种种恐怖的场面，并因此付出代价。与此同时，特种部队和第一集中幸存的女记者安吉拉（Manuela Velasco 饰）相遇，却不知死亡之手已经伸到他们的身边……

They are attacked by the zombie-like creatures and Dr. Owen locks a zombie inside a room using a crucifix. He discloses that the patient zero was possessed by the evil and the Vatican sent him to save mankind. Further, they will only leave the building under his voice command. Meanwhile, three teenagers follow a fireman and a man that breaks into the building through the sewage system to rescue his colleague and daughter respectively and they are trapped inside. They are lured and release the evil creature that was locked by Dr. Owen in a room. Out of the blue, the lead team meets the journalist Ângela Vidal hidden inside the building.

然后就开始下降
一个神父跟三个特种兵进入公寓，狂暴症的人又被神父说成是恶魔附身。有些地方乱七八糟的不知道在讲啥，比如在充气娃娃身上绑窜天猴的那几个人的剧情。一场闹剧以后又回归到神父和第一部的女主身上。最后原来女主已经是恶魔了，还会模仿神父声音，之前就有个很丑的人把嘴里的恶心的超大的蛆虫吐到了女主的嘴里进到她的身体里，反正就是很离谱

感觉第二部没第一部好看。
纳尼?丧尸还能被驱魔?丧尸片就变成了驱魔片.接着第一部剧情1小时后,又有2波人带着摄像机进楼.漂亮女记者还活着.大杀特杀之后,丧尸没死几个,进去的人全挂了.记者最后的这个爆头很酷,结尾还是寄生?教会知道厉害 还只派一个神父进来- -血腥度和前作差不多,镜头依旧很晃.总体挺烂,4分
跟第一部比差多了！一点都不吓人嗷！3.5
虫子也信教
带劲，结尾三个人的戏挺高潮的，但是本来还可以更抽象更高超一点
影片本身不错，但总感觉丧尸片加上灵异的成分有点不对味。
好烂啊，镜头传来传去直接败笔，剧情一会儿宗教一会儿丧尸一会儿寄生虫入侵一会儿又捉鬼敢死队在那里照鬼，恶灵是有实体的？那还能用上帝跟它精神交流啊？ 第一部傻归傻好歹影片最后扯点儿宗教细菌之类的东西拉近现实了，第二部借着宗教的外壳就胡扯，真的难看。
变宗教片了……
