一夫（森田直幸 饰）和一美（莲佛美沙子 饰）是青梅竹马的好友，感情十分要好的两人曾经许下过结为连理的纯洁诺言。之后，因为种种意外，一夫和一美分开了，从此了无音讯。时间像水一样匆匆流逝，因为家庭的原因，如今已经成长为英俊少年的一夫转学到了新的学校。让一夫没有想到的是，他竟然在新班级中和一美重逢了。
回忆起曾经懵懂的约定，一夫和一美都感到十分有趣，可惜的是，如今的一美已经有了一位十分优秀的男友。放学后，一夫和一美故地重游，来到了他们曾经玩刷过的山泉边，沉浸在回忆中的两人失足跌入了水中。神奇的事情发生了，在阴差阳错之中，一夫和一美的身体竟然互换了！ After his parent's divorce, Kazuo Saito moves with his mother from Onomichi and must leave his girlfriend behind. At his new school, Kazuo is surprised to reunite with his childhood friend Kazumi. "Remember I kissed you, saying I'll marry you when we're grown ups?" He feels embarrassed around Kazumi, who talks about their early childhood stories without any reserve. Kazumi has a boyfriend named Hiroshi Yamamoto. Kazuo is annoyed with Hiroshi's attitude, but with Kazumi, they naturally start to get comfortable with each other again just like old times. Kazumi's family runs a long-standing sob noodle restaurant. Her very lively, Japanese family consists of her parents, her grandfather, and a very young niece. She has one older brother who lives away in Tokyo. One day, Kazumi invites Kazuo to her house. 互换身体只是为表达青梅竹马的合二为一，然而最后沉重的生命与爱，在少年就经历，是天赐还是痛苦。我用我们的故事为你写下生命之诗。

我知道是青春，但是为什么要对年少的佛莲美沙子做这些！
弘的爷爷是小林桂树？从《那年夏天》的尾道搬过来的吗哈哈？转校生从女生变成了男生还以为终于可以写女孩成长了呢，没想到没换身前爽朗大方的一美变成男生后还是这么爱哭唧唧，略失望。至于后面改编的死亡话题，比起以前的青春离别话题更深沉了，但似乎和换身没什么太大关联，如果是想写为对方而死的爱情，啊真的太没必要了，只要稍微有点道德感，出现了换身绝症这事，都会想恢复原样坦然面对死亡的吧。另外，既然多了女友男友的角色，不如探讨性向问题（我又在想什么乱七八糟的……）。总之，这个改编，既想突破，又困于原有思维，何必呢。
大林宣彦导演的电影都有一股慵懒加迷醉的气质。
性别互换的主题在当下对我已经没有太深的感触，只能抛开主题，去关注影片所要侧重的情感。因为女主前男友长得实在是我讨厌的那款，所以从一开始就对她与男主的爱情有所期待，前半段也很好玩，后半段探讨起生命的话题突然开始沉重……不过话说为什么他们一开始不知道去找那片湖？以及，有感于七十岁的导演仍对逝去青春充满感怀，又发觉他去年已去世，给这部影片增添了一抹感伤。
这是同一位导演的重拍作品，很有味道。男女主的演技真是惟妙惟肖。前半部充满搞笑剧情，但没想到后半部竟成了悲剧。结尾带来了升华：「任何人活着都会留下故事。人的生命是有限的，故事是永远的。」4/3
挺喜欢剧里的女主为什么总喜欢以得绝症为结局
补大林宣彦第14部电影。这部翻拍自1982年版本，增改了不少剧情和角色，片中的倾斜摄影比前部增添了诡异色彩，但后剧情突转为绝症梗，老年的大林宣彦想要表达的与82版不同主题。前半喜剧到后半变成伤感故事，整个剧情搭配感觉相当的怪，1982年版本有致敬15岁时的《东京物语》青春，而这部致辞永远消逝的过去二十五年青春。《两个人》女主角石田光客串老师。

莲佛真好看啊，片尾曲也好听；以至于过了这么久，剧情虽然已经模糊不清，但莲佛的颜和那句さよならあなた依然萦绕在脑海
