拍的有点碎,再加上字幕是机翻的。太多女性的东西,反而失了烹饪的本质。
行业里存在的普遍现象 忽略女性
这不比东京大饭店燃多了
海航航班上总能看到一些不错的纪录片,这部片子带着浓浓的生活烟火气,仿佛可以透过屏幕感受到美国餐厅的味道和生活。最后,向这些优秀的女大厨们致敬。
同样做为女厨师的我,觉得这个纪录片不错,真的如片中几位大厨说的那样,女性厨师真的很受行业限制。谢谢海航航班让我看到这部电影。
从性别角度入手,说了很多平权,却又不大深入……期待能有各位大厨分享差异,而非劣势(当然,也许残酷的竞争下,这个命题暴露出的只有压力……
因为工作开始跟fine dining 有一些接触,确实遇见过的主厨都是男性,在“男人为荣誉烹饪,女人为了爱烹饪”的背后是是多少坚持了却没有结果的女主厨的身影…
飞机上看的,海航选片水准有追求。
