Rose(Desiree West饰)女士同意让研究心理学家采访她的“工作女孩”，以进一步推动性教育事业，Rose讲述了她成为十几岁夫人的第一天，当时她继承了已故母亲的生意，她的第一个客户是“大约翰”福尔摩斯。她的女儿们讲述了最近的经历，例如一个喜欢被打屁股的卡车司机、约翰·希曼被两个女人虐待、Kathy Marsh小时候被继父虐待QJ等等。
Madam Rose agrees to allow a research psychologist to interview her "working girls" to further the cause of sex education. Rose relates her first day as a Teenage Madam, when she inherited her late mother's business, and her very first client was "Big John" Holmes. Her girls relate more recent experiences, such as a tough trucker who likes to be spanked ... but then they're interrupted by the news that Rusty's "special friend," Patrick, has proposed, and they'll be leaving forthwith. This is cause for a celebration, in which everyone gets naked and goes to town. The scene in the finale with Kathy Marsh and John Holmes has no match in adult video, as he nearly splits the young lady in half ... the agony on her face and tears in her eyes are not feigned. Reason, perhaps, that this was her one and only adult video appearance?
