During the terrifying early days of the AIDS outbreak, a war rages among the nurses, doctors, and staff charged with caring for the infected. Featuring newly-unearthed archival footage.
At the heart of the HIV/AIDs epidemic, a single number and letter designated a ward on the fifth floor of San Francisco General Hospital, the first in the country designed specifically to treat AIDS patients. The unit's nurses' and caregivers' emphasis on humanity and consideration of holistic well-being created a new standard of care in a time of great uncertainty.
There are still good people in the world.
多次静默配乐的客观叙事配合一些列视觉冲击(真实状态、GayCancer、勇敢的肢体接触等),还原的是真实可信的绝不公平的危急时刻,更多的社会人士或热情员工参与艾滋病患者护理治疗是一种人权尊重体现,尤其是在对疾病研究认识有限的八十年代初和传统宗教思想的影响下,这一段历史档案值得铭记;
给五星因为和当事人同看一场 all everyone need is a touch
