把种族区别去掉（当然它是一个主要的矛盾点），就只是一个A女在英俊讨人喜欢的C男和门当户对但没有激情的B男之间做选择的故事。其实真正起决定作用的是肯娅升合伙人了，职业目标达到顶峰，每周有固定假期，所以她可以去冒险，假如她升合伙人失败，选教授的几率会更高。
到一定年纪，还未遇到合适的人是一件令人心烦的事儿。内心的寂寞与期盼，身边好友成双成对，父母的期望，各种压力山大。是放弃自己的标准随波逐流，还是耐心等待。。。而当真爱以另一种方式来临，并非完全合乎标准，是坚持标准，还是顺从自己的内心？本片非常细腻地体现了女主Kenya的变化
