家境贫寒的男孩焦班尼，在欢乐的半人马星节之夜跑上了一座黑黝黝的山岗。山岗上可以看见莹白、雪亮的银河河岸上，芒草，随风摇曳，掀起一片片波浪。天河水泛出一丝丝紫灿灿的涟调，如同万道彩虹，滚滚奔流。焦班尼不知不觉地登上了无名的小火车。
漂亮的小火车随着天空的芒草波浪飘荡，在天河流水中，在三角点的银光里，勇往直前地行进。铁轨两旁低矮的结缕草中，盛开着一簇簇如月长石雕刻的紫色龙胆花…… A fantastic journey of a boy, Giovanni, in a dreams cape created into a colorful full-dome CG animation picture with inspiring background music. Based on the famous Ginga Tetsudou no Yoru story written by Kenji Miyazawa in the early 20th century, Kagaya, a digital fine artist, has breathed new life into the unique imaginary world using creativity and precise astronomical knowledge. The starry sky is depicted as the Celestial Field made up of a river, a field of silver grasses, flowers, birds, survey towers, railway signals and more. Across this amazing beautiful scenery, the Celestial Railroad runs along the Milky Way. It is a fantasy world in full color, but designed with scientific accuracy.
