[Drum Spots] (1996) - Beta - 40 min 16 episodes with duration between 1 and 6 min. \n\nThe drum, in small electrifying units. The ideas of the masters, the beats, the mystique. A percussive set of videos. Each episode has its own style, sometimes documental and direct, sometimes completely experimental and abstract. Includes popular expression like capoeira, congada, candomblé, etc, sometimes showing the work of individual drummers such as Reppolho and Ba Mamour, to arrive at the destruction of all stereotypes used to address black culture in Brazil.
