Anju and Manju, identical twins separated at birth. Born to a rich father who is paralyzed, they are brought up in totally contrasting environments. Anju is brought up in her father's house, bullied by her stepmother and her brother. She is constantly terrorized by them and often ends up in tears. Manju is a street smart girl, dancing in a hotel and ready to take on the world. They accidentally exchange places; Anju lands up in Manju's house and Manju in her father's palatial house. She takes up cudgels on behalf of the down trodden and soon discovers that she has a twin. She soon turns tables on Hattangadi and Kher.

冲着美女看的，故事情节很八十年代，不过美女就是美女啊，咋的折腾都美！
时隔近三十年，这个故事仍旧有吸引我的地方，尤其是姐妹阴差阳错的互换后那段太解气。黛玉没有什么偶像包袱，难得的把喜剧角色拿捏到位，一人分饰两角演绎的很好，真正称得上是娇俏可爱。
这片明星也太多了吧，sridevi ji实在太可爱了，少女感十足。
黛玉最早的分饰两角的电影，虽然开头结尾只是几句话带过、但中间部分的戏剧张力松弛有度，角色生活的互换那段温馨感人又不失妙趣横生。
