Two Los Vegas style debt collectors are forced to reevaluate their lives. Unfortunately, by acting for the good of humanity they set on course a chain of events that will change their lives forever. The Collectors work for Tommy the boss, servicing various criminal outfits in Southern California. Working by a number scale, with 1 being a threatening, to 10 being a full on hospitalization. Their job is a routine, daily grind, traveling in traffic from one job to another; beating, fighting, chasing and slapping. It's only when they have to track down an Irish bar-man with a secret, do they encounter anyone worth saving.
