在某高中任教的西村真琴（星野真里 饰）和担任建筑师及某设计所所长的丈夫健吾（阵内智则 饰）结婚已经十年，夫妻恩爱和睦，生活快乐无忧，唯一的遗憾是始终没有一个新生命降临在他们的小家庭之中。又一年暑假到来，真琴与丈夫相约一同去雅加达旅行，谁知在启程前夕健吾被工作绊住了手脚。不得已的情况下，真琴只得拉上行李独自前行。她在那里偶遇留学中的学生绫（工藤绫乃 饰），更不小心卷入一场纠纷。关键时刻，她得到名叫结城凉太（真岛秀和 饰）的男子的救助。异国他乡的邂逅，让枯燥的旅程油然升起一丝暧昧。
此时此刻真琴和凉太都无法想到，他们的命运竟在不经意间纠缠到了一起…… It all started from an incident at a mosque in Indonesia. Nishimura Makoto and Yuki Ryota accidentally bumped into each other, and then a quarrel broke out between them over who was at fault. However, on their second encounter, both Makoto and Ryota start to realize that they actually have a lot in common; their outlook in life, the principles they uphold to. As they wander the streets together, they both start to have feelings for each other, but there is a big problem - Makoto is actually already married. The day arrives when they have to part ways. At the Indonesian airport, Ryota shouts out as Makoto is walking away, \"I have fallen in love with you\", but not once did Makoto turn to look back at him. Fast forward a few months to Japan. Makoto meets Ryota again, but which path will she choose? Will she stay with her husband, or will she choose to start over her life with Ryota?.
