Four series of drama detective thriller in the best traditions of Agatha Christie. An immediate investigation starts following the disappearance of a diamond. 看的是最长的导剪版。很少看到white guards这边视角的作品，其实这部更偏向于历史而不是侦探悬疑（故事主线在电影开始一小时二十分才拉开序幕）。我是真的不喜欢这种黄黄的色调，再加上故事确实讲得慢了点，而且有点虎头蛇尾的味道。
以俄国内战为背景的侦探推理片，改编自苏联侦探小说作家列昂尼德·约瑟夫维奇(Леонид Юзефович)的同名侦探小说。原作于1987年发表于《青年》杂志，为纪念十月革命70周年而创作。本片有两个版本，1小时40份的公映版和2小时42分的导演剪辑版。本片荣获2016年维堡“欧洲之窗”电影节第一名“金船奖”，和第23届“星座”电影节最佳演员阵容奖。
