阿敏、路德维希和维利在德国辛苦工作了一辈子，他们决定晚年去韩国夫人的家乡享受生活。在韩国南部海岸的德国村里立着白墙红瓦的房子，周围是精心养护的花园，不经意间成为了旅游景点， 阿敏的肝肠成为了备受喜爱的小吃。三位男士不会说韩语，总是滑稽得被文化上的误会而困扰，他们的妻子也体验到了一种新的陌生感。经历了在德国的三十年生活，她们的家乡既不在德国也不在韩国。
